Behind the scenes
Planning for a trip doesn't happen overnight. Forming a team, writing the program, gathering equipment and resources is only the beginning. The teams needs to be prepared for the location and understand the training methods to be used so that the girls receiving the program learn with consistency across teams. From getting passports and visas, immunisations when needed, the team has a number of ways to bond!
This team had a couple of training nights at Abbey & Co. We also received amazing support and generosity from International Salon Supplies.
