Farewell Jen and Adele, Hello Deb and Hollie
Hot on the heels of Jen and Adele leaving, Debra and Hollie from South Australia arrived in Bangladesh. Their focus was more on information gathering and administration/systems support and management, to ensure smooth and efficient running of all the operations, both Training Centre and Parlour.
They also interview students and seek to follow up on previous students who have graduated, visiting them in their current places of employment. In their spare time they offer themselves as models for any number of hair and beauty services - not all slog!!
The overwhelming feedback seems to be that our staff at both locations are doing an amazing job and the many years of diligent oversight and implementation of systems by Debra and her husband Ross, are reaping great rewards. Debra works very closely from Australia with Nahida, our local Team Leader, who is very ably overseeing both the Training Project and the Parlour.
